Getting Started
Now that you have registered for obbm follow these
steps to configure your account
Click on My Account

Click on Account Details
Ensure all details are correct.
Click on User Administration
Enter any additional users that you want to be able
to log in to obbm
Click on Client Responsibility (optional)
If you want to be able to filter the client list
enter the names and initials of any partners and managers.
Note a partner can also be a manager.
Click on Upgrade
If you want to add additional offices or additional
users to the system.
Click on Client Manager
To add or edit clients.
Click on Import Manager
When you first use the system you may find it quicker
to use the Excel import facility. Follow the instructions
to download the csv file. We recommend that you add
some clients one at a time first so that you can see
how the system works. Note also that you need to “adjust”
Company results for directors’ remuneration
etc to enable a like for like comparison.
Remember to “log out”
If you do not log out and exit and try to re-enter
the site immediately you may find you are unable to
do so as there is a small “time delay”
in “releasing” the first use.
